Saudi Arabia records 3,372 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday

The total number of coronavirus cases in Saudi Arabia increased by 3,372 to 170,639 as of Thursday, June 25, the Ministry of Health announced today.

 

Recoveries reached 5,085, bringing the total number of recovered cases to 117,882, representing 69% of total registered cases.

 

Forty-one new death cases were reported, while the death toll hit 1,428.

 

In addition, a total of 333 cases were reported in Dammam, followed by Makkah (331), Hufof (304), Qatif (304), Riyadh (241), and Jeddah (218).

 

The total active cases currently receiving treatment amounted to 51,325 cases, of which 2,206 206 are critical.

 

A total of 37,740 tests were conducted today, bringing the total number of tests to 1.42 million.
