Salama Insurance appoints two board members

Salama Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors appointed Akram Omar Jad and Raed Abdullah Al Qasem as independent board members effective from June 21, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The decision is pending approval from the company’s general assembly, the statement added.
