Mulkia Gulf REIT’s NAV hits SAR 663 mln in Q2 2020

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund’s net asset value (NAV) reached SAR 663 million during the second quarter of 2020, Mulkia Investment Co., the fund manager, said in a bourse filing.

 

The NAV per unit reached SAR 8.03 during the same period.

 

Expense ratio stood at 0.27%, while borrowing ratio reached 32.79%.
