Saudi Arabia records 2,331 new COVID-19 cases on Wednesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 2,331 new COVID-19 cases today, July 22 bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 258,156, the Ministry of Health said.

 

Recoveries reached 3,139, raising the total number of recovered cases to 210,398 (82% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 44 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 2,601.

 

Active cases totaled 45,157, of which 2,143 cases are critical.

 

Hufuf had the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 159, followed by Taif (145), Riyadh (136), Abha (234), Al-Mubarraz (121), and Dammam (115).
