Saudi Arabia recorded 951 new COVID-19 cases today, Aug. 31 bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 315,772, the Ministry of Health said.
Recoveries reached 1,129, raising the total number of recovered cases to 290,796 (92% of total COVID-19 cases).
The Kingdom reported 27 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 3,897.
Active cases totaled 21,079, of which 1,552 cases are critical.
Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 76 each, followed by Jeddah (65), Taif (48), and Hufuf (41).
The Kingdom conducted 46,936 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 5.11 million.
