Saudi Arabia recorded 833 new COVID-19 cases today, Sept. 3, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 318,319, the Ministry of Health said.
Recoveries reached 1,454, raising the total number of recovered cases to 293,964 (92% of total COVID-19 cases).
The Kingdom reported 26 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 3,982.
Active cases totaled 20,373, of which 1,495 cases are critical.
Makkah and Madinah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 82 and 74, respectively, followed by Dammam (48), Al Hofouf (46), Al Dhahran (45) and Riyadh (37).
The Kingdom conducted 48,653 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 5.26 million.
