Shams announces CEO resignation

Tourism Enterprise Co.'s (Shams) board of directors approved today, Sept. 3, the resignation of the managing director and acting CEO, Nader R. Al Nasser, submitted on August 31, 2020.

 

Nasser stepped down citing personal reasons, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

 

The statement clarified that Nasser’s membership in the board of directors remains, noting it will keep the market informed once it appoints a new CEO.
