Saudi Arabia records 708 new COVID-19 cases on Thursday

Saudi Arabia recorded 708 new COVID-19 cases today, Sept. 10 bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 323,720, the Ministry of Health said.

 

Recoveries reached 1,032, raising the total number of recovered cases to 299,998 (93% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 24 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 4,189.

 

Active cases totaled 19,533, of which 1,363 cases are critical.  

 

Jeddah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 61, followed by Hufuf (53), Madinah (48), Qatif (44), Hail (40) and Riyadh with 38.

 

The Kingdom conducted 41,291 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 5.6 million.
