TADCO board member resigns

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.'s (TADCO) board of directors approved the resignation of non-executive board member, Mohammed Al Rajhi, for personal reasons.

 

The resignation is effective from Sept. 12, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

Al Rajhi joined the board of directors on July 1, 2018, the statement added.
