Al-Samaani signs SAR 6.5 mln contract with Seera to provide logistics services

Al-Samaani Factory for Metal Industries Co. signed, on Sept. 13,  a contract with Seera Group Holding to provide logistics services at a value of SAR 6.48 million.

 

The contract has a term of five months from the signing date, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

The contract includes supplying logistics storage solutions to Seera’s warehouses in several cities within the Kingdom.

 

The impact of this deal will be reflected on Al-Samaani’s financials in H2 2020 and Q1 2021, the firm said, adding there are no related parties.
