Saudi Arabia records 672 new COVID-19 cases on Tuesday

Saudi Arabia recorded 672 new COVID-19 cases today, Sept. 15 bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 326,930, the Ministry of Health said.

 

Recoveries reached 1,092, raising the total number of recovered cases to 305,022 (93% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported 33 new deaths, with the death toll standing at 4,338.

 

Active cases totaled 17,570, of which 1,286 cases are critical.

 

Makkah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 62, followed by Madinah (61), Jeddah (45), Riyadh (44) and Hufuf with 38.

 

The Kingdom conducted 51,453 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 5.82 million.
