Saudi Fisheries to elect new board of directors on Oct. 20

Saudi Fisheries Co.’s (Alasmak) shareholders will elect a new board of directors during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) slated for Oct. 20, 2020, the company said in a bourse statement.

 

The board term will extend from Oct. 25, 2020 until Oct. 24, 2023, the statement added.
