United Wire Factories Co.’s (Aslak) board of directors approved the resignation of audit committee member, Saleh Al-Rasheed (non-executive member), effective as of Oct. 1, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.
Al-Rasheed joined the board on April 10, 2019.
Aslak also appointed Yousef Almutlaq as an audit committee member for the current term ending April 9, 2022, effective as of Oct. 1, 2020.
Almutlaq holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from King Saud University and a master’s degree in business administration.
These decisions are pending the approval of the next general meeting, the statement added.
