AlAhli REIT Fund (1) reported a net profit of SAR 10.46 million for the first nine months of 2020, the fund manager NCB Capital said in a bourse statement.
Direct revenues reached SAR 94.85 million, while expenses stood at SAR 59.38 million including depreciation of around SAR 33.8 million.
Net assets attributable to unitholders reached SAR 1.32 billion.
Issued units totaled 137.5 million. NAV per unit reached SAR 9.6.
