Saudi Arabia records new 501 COVID-19 cases on Wednesday

Saudi Arabia recorded new 501 COVID-19 cases today, Oct. 14, bringing the total number of confirmed cases to 340,590, the Ministry of Health stated.

 

Recoveries reached 481, raising the total number of recovered cases to 326,820 (96% of total COVID-19 cases).

 

The Kingdom reported new 21 deaths, with the death toll standing at 5,108.

 

Active cases totaled 8,662, of which 830 cases are critical.

 

Madinah reported the highest number of COVID-19 cases at 57, followed by Makkah (47), Riyadh (42), Yanbu (33), and Al Hofuf (25).

 

The Kingdom conducted 51,849 new tests, bringing up the total number of tests to 7.16 million.
