Mulkia Gulf REIT to pay Q3 2020 dividend on Nov. 4

Mulkia Gulf Real Estate REIT Fund will pay dividend to unitholders as of Nov.4, 2020, fund manager Mulkia Investment said in a bourse statement on Sunday.

Banque Saudi Fransi will distribute dividends to eligible unitholders through direct transfer to their bank accounts linked to investment portfolios.

Earlier this month, the fund announced the payment a 1% cash dividend for the 3-month period from July 1, 2020, until Sept. 30, 2020, at SAR 0.10 per unit, amounting to SAR 6.81 million.
