National Gas & Industrialization Co. (GASCO) said that the second circuit of Riyadh general court will hold a hearing on the Ministry of Transport's case against the company on Dec. 4, 2020.

The hearing, which was adjourned on March 3, 2019, as the court sent the case to the circuit that has jurisdiction, will look into a claim filed earlier by the Ministry of Transport against the company, demanding a compensation of SAR 130.29 million for damages caused by the GASCO’s gas tanker explosion in 2012.
