SASCO to pay 9M 2020 cash dividend on Nov. 18

Saudi Automotive Services Co. (SASCO) announced that it will pay cash dividend for the first nine months of 2020, at 4%, or SAR 0.40 per share (totaling SAR 24 million), starting from Wednesday, Nov. 18, 2020, according to a bourse statement.

 

Eligibility for the dividend payout will be for shareholders of record on Nov. 3, including registered shareholders at the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) at the end of second trading day following due date.

 

Dividends will be distributed via Saudi British Bank (SABB) through deposit to the investment portfolios of shareholders, or directly via SABB branches.
