TADCO appoints new board member

Tabuk Agricultural Development Co.'s (TADCO) board of directors appointed Khalid bin Abdulrahman bin Ali Al-Khudairi as a board member, effective as of Dec. 14, 2020, the company said in a bourse filing.

 

Al-Khudairi will fill the vacant seat in the board for the current term ending June 30, 2021, in place of Mohamed bin Abdullah Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi who submitted his resignation due to personal reasons.
