Saudi Fisheries postpones OGM on technical issue

Saudi Fisheries Co. postponed its ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), slated to be held on Dec. 30, due to a technical issue in the link dedicated to the meeting, it said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The firm will announce a new date for the meeting after obtaining the required regulatory approvals, the statement added.
