BinDawood shareholders to vote on bylaws amendments on Jan. 28

Shareholders of BinDawood Holding Co. are set to vote on amending the company’s articles of association in the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) that will be held on Jan. 28.

 

Shareholders will vote on amending articles (1 and 2) regarding the company's transformation and name, article (13) regarding shareholders’ registry, along with articles 30, 34, 45 and 52.

 

Shareholders will also vote on selecting an auditor from among nominees to review and audit the financial statements for the first, second, third and fourth quarters of the fiscal year 2021, and the first quarter of the fiscal year 2022.

 

Shareholders will be able to participate and vote on agenda items through Tadawulaty services offered by the Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) starting from Jan. 25.
