Al Rajhi Takaful opens board nominations today

Al Rajhi Co. for Cooperative Insurance (Al Rajhi Takaful) opened today, Jan. 17, 2021, nominations for membership on the board of directors for the upcoming three-year term starting May 30, 2021, the company said in a bourse filing on Thursday.

 

Interested and eligible shareholders can submit requests for nomination until Feb. 16, 2021, the statement added.
