AlAhli REIT Fund board member resigns

NCB Capital, the fund manager of AlAhli REIT Fund (1), approved the resignation of non-independent board member, Nayef Al Masnad, effective Feb. 25, 2021.

 

Post this resignation, the fund's board members are AbdulRahman Al Rashi (chairman), Mohammed Al Ayidi (independent), Mohammed Al Saqqaf (non-independent), Saleh Al Habib (non-independent) and Ahmed Al Musa (non-independent).
