Bonyan REIT increases board member remuneration to SAR 100,000

Saudi Fransi Capital Co. announced increasing the remuneration of Bonyan REIT Fund's board members to SAR 100,000 per member for all annual board meetings.

 

The fund manager said in a bourse statement that the remuneration will be paid at the end of each year for all members except for those working for the fund manager.

 

The changes will be implemented from March 30, 2021.
