National Gypsum postpones OGM to May 5

National Gypsum Co. decided to reschedule its ordinary general meeting (OGM) to May 5, 2021, from April 27.

 

The shareholders are set to vote on the board's recommendation on distributing a 6% cash dividend, or SAR 0.60 per share, for 2020.
