Al Mashaar REIT reports net loss of SAR 1.2 mln in Q1 2021

Al Mashaar REIT Fund reported a net loss of SAR 1.2 million for the first quarter of 2021, the fund manager, Muscat Capital, said in a bourse statement.

 

Net assets value for the period stood at SAR 499.93 million at SAR 8.73 per unit, the statement added.
