Tadawul sets fluctuation limit for Aldrees after capital hike

Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co.’s daily trading fluctuation limit after its capital increase through issue of bonus shares will be based on a share price of SAR 60.80 as of today, April 15, 2021, Saudi Tadawul Group said in a statement.

 

Meanwhile, the outstanding orders will be cancelled.

 

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) will deposit the additional shares into the investor’s portfolios by April 19, 2021, the statement added.
