Edaa implements corporate action on Aldrees

The Securities Depository Center (Edaa) implemented the securities quantity increase for Aldrees Petroleum and Transport Services Co. into the accounts of eligible shareholders today, April 19, 2021, it said in a bourse statement.

 

Aldrees shareholders approved, on April 14, the board of directors’ recommendation to increase capital by 25% to SAR 750 million from SAR 600 million, Argaam reported.
