Thimar says Riyadh court issues decision to allow financial reorganization

National Agricultural Marketing Co. (Thimar) announced today, April 19, 2021, the Commercial Court in Riyadh issued a decision to open the procedures for financial reorganization for the company and appoint a trustee to carry out the financial regulation work.

 

However, the court rejected a request of one of the creditors to liquidate the company, according to a bourse filing.
