Mobily says audit committee chairman resigns

Etihad Etisalat Co. (Mobily) announced the resignation of the audit committee chairman, Jameel Abdullah Almulhem (non-board member), according to a bourse statement.

 

The resignation was submitted on April 20, 2021, due to personal reasons and became effective immediately.
