Saudi Re to start e-voting on OGM agenda on April 30

Saudi Re for Cooperative Reinsurance Co. will start on April 30, 2021, the electric voting on the agenda of the ordinary general meeting (OGM), which will be held on May 4, 2021.

 

Shareholders will endorse the board and auditor reports, as well as the financial statements for 2020.

 

They will also vote on approving the payment of SAR 1.86 million in remuneration to the board members for last year.
