SARCO shareholders to vote on audit committee formation on June 15

Saudi Arabia Refineries Co.’s (SARCO) shareholders are set to vote on the formation of the audit committee and set its tasks for the upcoming three-year term starting on June 15, 2021, during the ordinary general assembly meeting scheduled for June 15.

Candidates are Yasser Sulaiman Al-Aqeel – independent board member - (Chairman of the Committee); as well as Khalid Al Hoshan and Bassem Adnan Abu Al-Faraj, as members from outside the council - independent.

Shareholders who are registered in Tadawulaty can vote on the agenda items online starting from Saturday, June 12.
