ACIG appoints new board member

Allied Cooperative Insurance Group's (ACIG) board of directors approved today, May 23, 2021, the appointment of Mishaal Ibrahim Al-Otaibi as an independent board member, effective immediately.

The appointment came after the company received the no-objection from the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) on May 10, 2021, provided the appointment is presented to shareholders for voting at the first general assembly meeting, the date of which will be announced later, according to a bourse filing.
