Finance ministry closes May 2021 domestic sukuk issuance worth SAR 3.53 bln

The Ministry of Finance closed the May 2021 issuance under the Saudi Arabian Government SAR-denominated sukuk program.

 

The issuance size was set at SAR 3.53 billion, the ministry said in a statement today, May 26, 2021.

 

The sukuk issuances were divided into two tranches as follows:

 

- The first tranche has a size of SAR 3.305 billion, maturing in 2028.

 

- The second tranche has a size of SAR 225 million, maturing in 2033.
