Bahrain Telecommunications Co. (Batelco) is planning a dual listing of shares on the Saudi Exchange (Tadawul), Bloomberg reported, citing unnamed sources with knowledge of the matter.

Batelco hired Samba Capital as an advisor.

Batelco's major shareholders include Bahrain Mumtalakat Holding Co. with 36.67% stake, Amber Holding Co. (20%), Social Insurance Organisation (10.57%), and Social Insurance Organisation (Pension) - Civil (6.11%).
