Petro Rabigh opens board membership nominations today

Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. (Petro Rabigh) opened today, June 28, the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term starting Nov. 3, 2021.

 

Nominations will be received until Aug. 10, the company said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

Nominated members will be elected during the company's ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM), date of which will be announced later after obtaining approvals from competent authorities.
