Umm Al-Qura Cement says Fawaz Almutairi resigns as CEO

Umm Al-Qura Cement Co.’s board of directors, in a meeting held on July 29, accepted the resignation of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Fawaz bin Saleh Almutairi, effective Sept. 1, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The resignation was offered for personal reasons, the statement said.
