Al-Khodari says cyber-attack on servers, data encrypted

Abdullah A. M. Al-Khodari Sons Co. (Al-Khodari) announced that the company’s servers were targeted by a cyber-attack (ransomware) on Aug. 7, which resulted in the encryption of all the data.

 

The company management is trying to resolve the issue through a specialized team in information technology (IT), according to a bourse filing today, Aug. 19.

 

Any developments in this regard will be disclosed in due course.
