Shareholders of Electrical Industries Co. (EIC) will vote on electing a new board of directors for the next three-year term, during the ordinary general meeting (OGM) scheduled for Sept. 7, the company said in a bourse statement.
The new board term will start on Sept. 10, 2021.
They will also vote on the formation of the audit committee for the coming term, starting Sept. 10.
Shareholders will also determine the committee's tasks and work controls, as well as the remuneration of its members.
The committee members are Bader Al Swailem, Sattam Al Zamil, and Abdulaziz Alshabeebi.
Shareholders can e-vote on the agenda items as of Sept. 4 using Tadawulaty services.
