SAPTCO extends deadline for board membership nomination till Oct. 17

Saudi Public Transport Co. (SAPTCO) extended the deadline for the nomination process for board of directors’ membership for the upcoming three-year term, starting Jan. 1, 2022.

 

Nominations which started on July 15, will now end on Oct. 17, instead of Aug. 22, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the next general assembly, the date for which will be announced later, after obtaining necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
