Baazeem clarifies board members’ resignation ‘not based on personal reasons’

Baazeem Trading Co. said that the resignations of board members were driven by the decision of the extraordinary general meeting (EGM), held on Sept. 16, to reduce the number of the board seats from nine to five, according to a bourse filing.

 

The company announced, on Sept. 19, that four board members resigned citing personal reasons, Argaam reported.
