MIS announces non-renewal of MoU with King Saud University Health Co.

Al Moammar Information Systems Co. (MIS) announced that due to the expiry of the memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed with King Saud University Health Co., the two parties decided not to renew the MoU for the time being.

 

Any future initiatives with the university will be studied, the company said in a bourse filing today, Oct. 12.

 

In March, MIS signed a MoU with King Saud University Health Co. to develop a framework for establishing, operating, and providing medical services through virtual clinics, Argaam reported.
