Saudi Cable shareholders approve raising audit committee seats

Shareholders of Saudi Cable Co. approved increasing the number of audit committee seats from three to four, during the ordinary general assembly meeting (OGM) held on Oct. 13.

They also approved appointing Mazen Al-Zayer as a member of the audit committee (non-board member), effective  from the OGM date until the end of the current term on Jan. 13, 2024.

Additionally, the shareholders also approved appointing Bassem Hijaz as a member of the audit committee (non-board member), replacing Noha Sulaimani, effective from the OGM date, until the end of the current term on Jan. 13, 2024.
