Saudi Catering opens board membership nominations today

Saudi Airlines Catering Co. opened the nomination process for board of directors' membership, for the upcoming three-year term starting Jan. 26, 2022, to Jan. 25, 2025.

 

Nominations start today, Nov. 8, and end on Dec. 7, the firm said in a statement to Tadawul.

 

The nominated members will be elected during the general assembly meeting – date for which will be announced after obtaining the necessary approvals from the competent authorities.
