Tender law application to reflect positively on Saudi economy, SMEs: GAC

The General Competition Authority (GAC) said that may benefits will be positively reflected on the local economy, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) on the application of the tender law.

The law supports innovation, quality and consumer service, GAC added in a statement, warning against all violations of this law, including monopoly and failure to reporting economic concentrations.
