Naseej to distribute SAR 10 mln to shareholders of unsubscribed shares

Naseej International Trading Co. announced, in a bourse filing, a total of SAR 10.084 million will be distributed as compensation to rights issue owners who did not exercise their rights to subscribe to the new shares.

 

The amount will be deposited in the bank accounts of eligible investors on Dec. 12.

 

On Nov. 9, the Tadawul-listed firm launched subscription to new shares, to increase capital from SAR 61.6 million to SAR 211.6 million, according to data compiled by Argaam.
