AXA Insurance reappoints Abalkhail as Chairman, names Khosrowshahi as Vice Chairman

AXA Cooperative Insurance Co.’s board of directors decided to appoint Yousef Saleh Abalkhail as Chairman, and appoint Bijan Khosrowshahi as Vice Chairman, the company said in a bourse filing today, Dec. 7.

 

The company’s board formed the committees of nomination and remuneration, risk, investment, asset-liability, and executive after obtaining approvals from the regulatory authorities.

 

It indicated that the formation of the audit committee was approved during the ordinary general assembly (OGM) meeting, which was held last August.

 

The members included Khalid Saleh Al Turaifi (non-board member, Chairman), Omer Abdulrehman Al Jeraisy (independent board member), and Turki Alobilan (non-board member).
