Tanmiah Food shareholders to start e-voting on EGM agenda on Dec. 19

Shareholders of Tanmiah Food Co. will start on Dec. 19, the electronic voting on the agenda of the extraordinary general assembly meeting (EGM) scheduled for Dec. 21, according to a statement to Tadawul.

 

Tanmiah shareholders will vote on amending articles of association related to the company’s transformation, name, shareholders' register, company management, etc.

 

Furthermore, they will also discuss appointing Ahmed Sharaf Osilan as an executive board member, effective Nov. 25, in place of board member Mohammed Sajid Saeed.
