Arabian Centres’ board member resigns

Arabian Centres Co.’s (ACC) board of directors announced that independent board member, Omar Hadir Al-Farisi, submitted his resignation due to personal reasons, effective as of Dec. 29, 2021, according to a bourse filing.

 

Al-Farisi joined the board of directors on May 24, 2019, the statement added.
