National Building EGM to vote on amending articles of association on Jan. 20

Shareholders of National Building and Marketing Co. (NBM) will vote on amending the company’s articles of association during the extraordinary general meeting (EGM) scheduled for Jan. 20, 2022.

 

They will vote on the board of directors’ decision to appoint Sayed Mahmoud (non-board member) in the audit committee, effective from Dec. 12, 2021 until the end of the current term, NBM said in a statement.

 

The shareholders will also vote on the formation of the audit committee for the next three-year term, starting from Jan. 29, 2022.

 

E-voting on the agenda items will start on Jan. 17.
